Hi, there!

I imagined for a sec all the friends of Literature Network and saw a really bookish kaleidoscope.
Let's give this kaleidoscope some real colors and forms :)

What are you reading right now?

For now I have some Joyce's "Ulysses" in the mornings and Jonathan Raban's "Passage to Juneau" in the evenings.

How about you?

Strange that nobody has posted here yet :O

I've been absolutely enthralled with Faulkner's A Fable for the past few days. Unfortunately, I can only read a few pages a day due to my hectic schedule.

I've been meaning to start reading Lovecraft. Anyone know a good place to start for that?

Yeah, I started to think already that no one reads here any books... :D

You reminded me of Faulkner. Thanks.

I want to read a book where the main character is similar to the character of Daryl Dixon. Daryl often unstable and in all tough situations, without hesitation resorts to violence. Daryl never received care and he does not know any attachment to anyone. In the beginning, he showed himself as a lone wolf, but eventually got closer to the surviving members of the group.

Algernon Blackwood. I can highly praise THE MAN WHOM THE TREES LOVED.
