wuthering heights is a novel concerned with the deep passion between Heathcliff and Cathy; an immortal love which is as solid as the rocks in comparison to Cathy and Edgar's love which compared to merely foliage. Heathcliff and Cathy, not united in life, are finally united in death, and are unified on the moors...their heaven. This novel is not light reading, but i highly recommend it.
