Is there a proper place for advertisements?

I'm interested in advertising a budding forum on literature which currently has 75 followers. I wanted to know, would there be a proper place to advertise this new forum on The Literature Network? I read the FAQ (http://www.online-literature.com/forums/faq.php?faq=vb3_board_usage#faq_vb3_forums_threads _posts) but was unable to find any rules about advertising.

Nice of you to ask, though. Maybe you could send a link to your site to Logos or Admin and ask permission to post it.
