I suspect that I have a twitter account, but I don't use it. Maybe I should start using it?

I had a twitter account before, but I gave it up. In the beginning I enjoyed it. But then, when I had a lot of followers, the account became interesting for dangerous people and political groups, so I prefered to close it. I also don´t see twitter as an ideal medium for discussions, on account of the short messages. You get messages like "good morning" or "thank you" retwitted by hundreds of people, but if one risks more content, the messages are often ignored. I see a twitter account as a kind of digital corridor for the fast difusion of messages, videos and pictures.I specially disrecomend using ones own name, when creating a twitter account.

It depends on ur needs .At the beginning I refused the idea of having one but no one joins the forums anymore so I was obliged to follow the fashion .
