I like many of you had to read this book for English. All though I enjoyed it I have had to spent so much time analysing it that I could not just enjoy reading it to read. I love reading but I find that when teachers give too much work on it the novel can sometimes be taken out of propotion. I found that picking the novel to bits was a terrible way for the class to enjoy reading texts. I have had to do study guides on it and summarize each chapter, do character profiles and much, much more!!!!!!!! Sometimes I think everyone would enjoy it if they read it for leisure rather than reports! I did enjoy this book however.........................ENJOY THE BOOK FOR YOURSELF NOT FOR SCHOOL WORK!!!!!!!!!
