Wiener Schnitzel... It's on the menu tomorrow; as well as pork chops, sauerbraten , or prime rib. Haven't decided yet. Ding Dong: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ding_Dong ...
It is round with a flat top and bottom, close to three inches in diameter and slightly taller than an inch high, similar in shape to a hockey puck. A white creamy filling is injected into the center, and a thin coating of chocolate glaze covers the entire cake.

I believe I have seen that kind of chocolate cake here, Taylor, but I forgot the name. The best hot dog with sauerkraut I ever ate was in the streets of New York.

Had the Prime Rib, baked potato, green bean soup, rolls, batter fried zucchini slices, salad w/ Blue cheese dressing, and 2- Sprites @ Camp Virners https://www.facebook.com/pages/Camp-Virner-Restaurant/113351568697224 . Too much food ! I've been longing to go there for ages... they shut down for a while and then reopened recently w/ Friday & Saturday only. It's a rarity I dine out - so went for this marvelous experience. Cute little bar... I admired the Grand Marnier from a distance of 12+ years.

Thanks!Looks fine especially the mushrooms and the chicken. If you donīt have manioc, potatoes with your prefered seasoning will do the job as well. We have had winter weather here, therefore the need for warming dishes in the evening.
