Feints in a myriad airy ways

I liked the description of the paper acting as if it were intentionally teasing you.

Does seem that way sometimes with life in general doesn't it?
In that sense the tissue paper can be viewed as a symbol or can even be easily transformed into an extended metaphor for life itself.
