A cloudy sky, a sickle moon
The Institute on the hill
Secret Spy behind the tree
Like a nocturnal ninja
Skulking in the shadows
Blending with the night
Evading the searchlights
Makes her way to the perimeter
Polevaults the electric fence
Lands like a skinny cat
Rolls behind a container
To avoid the security guards
With high beam torches
And nightvision goggles
She ducks behind a crate
Creeps slowly to the airvent
Synchronises watch and timer
Before removing the grill
Climbs in and slipperydips
Drops into a laundry basket
Hides under the labcoats
As the cleaner whistles
Down the corridor
Out of sight
Throws ballbearings on the floor
To fool the electric eye
Sneaks into the office
X-rays through the door
Plugs in listening device
Records the proceedings
A burly general growling
To a faceless business suit
Something's going down
Sets the clock with magnets
Shifts a ceiling pad
Leaps up into the hole
Scuttles across the rooftop
Jumps to the adjacent
Slides down a drainpipe
Hides inside a barrel
Until the coast is clear
Tiptoes to the main door
Picks the lock with hairpin
Disables CCTV with microflash
Balleticly dodges the laser alarm
Takes a second to breathe
Inside the facility
Concealed by the stair
the guard is trebled
But a few new toys
Nerve gas cannisters roll
Across the concrete floor
Knock out even the hardiest
As she peers over her mask
She weaves through the carnage
Into the antechamber
Fingerprint dummy for the vault
There - the boobytrapped safe
But the skilled hi-tech mercenary
Pulls open the lid
And the countdown begins
Five seconds
Unplugs the red wire
Four seconds
Winds the coil into itelf
Three seconds
Flicks the switches in sequence
Two seconds
Snips the blue wire
One second
Types in the code
The door flips open
Blueprints tight in her hand
But then - something's wrong
An explosion of golden flame
Ah there!

Whizzing along a zipline
Into the forest beyond
Secret Spy is alive!

She slips into the night
