hi readers
i am a simple man from new delhi ,india.recently i have just finished reading thomas hardy's classic FAR FROM THE MADDING CROWD.no doubt the book is good but i personally feel that a woman should not be too proud of her beauty and a good and sincere man like gabriel oak should not be tried and tested under severe conditions which he undergoes.no doubt he gets bathsheba at last but after all those diasasters of troy and boldwood? anyway if it were not for the twist the novel would not have been so interesting.i also feel that bathsheba is a selfish woman too .because when she lost everything then only she knew the value of Gabriel .before that she treated him very badly.
well that's it folks.
i hope you like my comments.

bye
