A book to read / Help!

Hello, guys, i'm new here! I make some efforts to study english as a second language and looking for some literature to read. Hope You will help me with it.

I'm kind of lazy person, a bit not self-motivated, not self-assured and not enough organized, still looking for a hobby that will turn into a satisfying profession providing enough income to leave the job i'm not fond of. In a few words i'm still looking for my place in this world. This theme is very actual for me...

And so i'm looking for kind of psychological / guide literature observing this sphere and helping each person to find his way and start leading it.
