Why?
Why did I take the very first drink?
I didn't enjoy it. Now that's what I think
Made me feel poorly was sick in the sink
I spent all my money and made the house stink
It's not bloody funny when the room starts to spin
They said 'Here have another and feel like a King'
When I woke the next morning I thought I was dead
I'd pissed in the wardrobe and fell out of bed
Made me a promise said never again
That very same night I made a new friend
He came in a bottle I drank him with Coke
A new sensation down the back of my throat
Many days on that friend has now gone
But I'll never forget him for what he has done
