This book had it's high and low points, but there is no denying that Stephen Crane is an amazing author. The impressionalism is incredibly strong in it, which was interesting. His best story by far is 'The Open Boat' and I enjoyed that a lot more than this book. I do want to read this book again when I'm not forced to read it for educational purposes.
