Oh so you have to show off about your relation with walter scott. You make me sick. U're supposed to be talking about the book not about yourself. Who cares who you are it's the book that matters. And anyway how do we know if you're telling the truth. Situations like these can get you into serious trouble. I managed to dig further into this site and found your e-mail and home address. If I find out you are lieing you better be VERY careful, you never know what might happen to you.

I would say that Ivanhoe was and is the best book ever written in time. I myself happen to be of a distant relation to Sir Walter Scott, a great great grandaughter, and I only wish i could have had the oppertunity to know him.
