Stupid. Naughty. Thief. Those were the words that the neighbours, and even his own parents, have used to describe Jack.
Jack does not talk much. He is an introvert. He keeps to himself. Yes he steals a lot.
“I only steal candies and clothes. These are things which my parents do not provide for me. What’s wrong in that?” He will keep playing that in his head whenever he was caught.
Once, when Jack was 12, a man knocked on his home door. He just kept still. His mom answered the door and within seconds his mum was laying on the floor, dead. It was a burglary. The man, who was in a black mask took all the valuables and when he was done he went to Jack and said. “Hey stupid boy! Just keep your stupid mouth shut ok! Anyway everyone know you are stupid. AHAH!”
An hour later, a couple of policeman was looking around the house. They could not find any finger prints. It was a rather clean job. Noone asked Jack anything, as they also felt that he would not be able to contribute anything. As they were about to leave the house, Jack called one of them. Surprised, the policeman went to him and said,”What!” Jack handed him a wallet. It was the murderer’s wallet which he stole when he went near Jack. The wallet contained the murderer’s ID.
