About 30 years ago, I was given a poem which begins with some of the initial lines of the poem "On Robert Frost" by Gwendolyn Brooks. The poem, I have however, continues for 14 more lines and is credited "G. Brooks & C.W." I think "C.W." could be C.W. Kennedy, but I am curious about how and why this apparent pastiche came about.
