My daughter has been admitted to both University of British Columbia and University of Toronto as an upcoming freshman. She loves classics, greek history, art history, etc. Wonder whether I can get some help here comparing the Humanities programs of the two universities.

Welcome gao! Congratulations on your daughters good news (and superior academic taste! :)) I am sorry to say that I can't advise you on the humanities programs at these schools, but perhaps others can. We have some Canadians here, as well as a few art history fans. Good luck!
