The Brothers Karamazov, for the most part, if I recall correctly. Russian novels in general.

EDIT: OH, English novels. Sorry, haha. No I don't.

This isn't an English novel either, but Invisible Cities has very short sections and is definitely worth reading.

Jane Austen's novels have short chapters. Oops--disregard--after rethinking it they are definitely longer then 2-3 pages they just read short.

Holes - a teenagers book I saw my grandson with. What about As I Lay Dying were these not short chapters. It's a lifetime since I read it. I'm sure there are many novels like that.

I am pretty sure I read a Joyce Carol Oates novel a few years back which used short rapid-fire chapters. I think she's an acquired taste - like tomatoes!

One I read recently, Anthony Doerr's All the Light We Cannot See. That has lots of short chapters for such a long book. It also won a well-deserved Pulitzer Prize this year

I've just celebrated a minor personal success Eiseabhal by buying "Carthage". Also bought a fairly large quantity of uisge na beatha. One will be consumed tonight.
