Just working my way through Bleak House...what a lot of characters hard work but worth it.

Sure is. Probably my favourite book. Do you have the original illustrations?

Probably my favourite book as well. There are lot of characters, but Dickens makes them so vivid that they stick in the memory, and one wouldn't be without any of them.

Mal4mac & I have diametrically opposite views on some important issues, which shows what a wonderful book it is.

It is only about half way through that it is clear how all the scenes & characters relate so do keep going.
