& i row my own regattas on the butte
with a coxswain of my own creation
shouting@me
whisper louder:: keep.it.coming!
take.what.you.can.get...
and then a bee passes me
collects the sugars from a hopeful mama
who's orgasms last months and
make my sister sneeze

right on, rubber bee. keep it coming.

See, this morning brought
baby's first breakfast kgb breakfast
& i felt like have one too

& guys? i see my partywife across the room
we will spend the night together
and our orgasms will last ten seconds
& i say i guess to a lot of things
but in this thing i am certain::
situations with strange men followed
who are the guardians of your galaxy?

So beautiful. . .Thank for sharing Matthew.

It was musical, spiritual, beautiful, and life affirming to me. It really read like a song, and there was an incredible quality about it. . .

Honestly - Great poem! Lots of positive vibes your way :-)

Matthew, are you channeling Wolf now?

Wolf? I'm not, but I'd like to be. Link me to some good reads! Right now, my googling has lead me to Thomas Wolfe, and maybe that's who you were referring to (I'm also enjoying his work!). Confession: I'm not very well read, especially in poetry.

I'm glad you liked it Nikolai.

Now I'm looking for someone who hates this dang poem to balance me out.

Sorry, I meant forum member Wolf Larsen, who's very much into randomness and unfiltered stream-of-consciousness in poetry. I think he'd like your post a lot.

Right on. I looked up Wolf Larson's stuff and it's really nuts haha.

A little chaos is good though, Nik! Helps you appreciate when everything works out a whole lot more.
