I don’t know my account in Facebook, for what is temporary blocked.
Yesterday when I added someone to be a friend sending him a friend request, in the same time I tried to send him a message.
When I tried to do that it took further time to be sent and many times characters seen, had to be identified into the blank appeared and then to send the message.
Many times, I tried the version till it comes regular as they wanted but as I finished I find a notice:
Your account has been temporary blocked!
I got surprised! What had I done to be blocked?
Then I followed the Facebook instructions, as they wanted me to upload a personal ID, card of a military service, driving license and so on.
I sent them the basic requirement as a copy of my ID card, and the governmental document of my graduation all as well as my personal photo and all them in one PDF file.
So for what are these things required?
For what do they need the military ID.?
You know that I am in Iraq not in America!
Other thing they asked for, is the passport
Yet I don't travel or have had a passport.
Moreover, I know but sure that many people used a pen name or nickname and don't use their true name and don't send true information or a true picture but I myself have correctly used all of the needed information and in spite of all this, they blocked my account.
Please if someone could help me, because I had not more than this account and on the second hand I am in a very necessity to this account.
