I want a published and well-known author who can review my new book

It's unlikely that a well-known author will review your book as it's a professional hazard that published writers have to face and they simply haven't the time to
take on board the number of people who send them manuscripts.
However, why don't you ask the members of this forum to review you book? I have had a couple of novels reviewed on this site and, although somewhat perfunctory, they were honest and informative.
