View Full Version : Muffled eyes

In our land, we are strangers
Our salary is mixed with blood
Infidels come across the city
Horning their bugle sweeping the streets
And our muscles got convulsive
Encored the mind in mislaying mode
And the pleasure never have we had.
Sympathetically it goes around
Nervously it moves for down
Never step unless driven out and directed
As a harmful disease infects the muscles
Fabricated as the bygone tales
Our Mesopotamia as if was paralyzed
There Utopia was inherited to sever agony
No door remains unless has been plucked out
And the savagery knocked the doors
No door remains unless has been knocked
And the grief covered our children faces
I went for my salary to knock their door
Seeing their doors were closed
A word of damn has been written on
Neither pity they have had nor wisdom
And on empty handed I came back
They are careerists on cheating and theft
Muffled ears but never muffled eyes
Because, everything is clear to them
And everything is on its right way
But someone is muffled never cares
And he will be discouraged to do
Muffled eyes never will see the light
Muffled hearts never will have mercy
Being driven back,
I cursed the freedom everywhere
Do those have real human rights?
Only on paper it is written
No meaning but just empty litters
No sanctity but just injustice meaning
Corpse of labors lying on streets
Neither truth nor any promising reality
Kurds who make my misery until now
Thus, I shan't save word for tomorrow
Thus, I will raise my sound from now
Thus, I shall name everything by its real name
None opaque word I go to decorate it
But the verse I shall distribute equally
To be spread with no spotted drop of ink
