truth in stories does not stand
well because it is too much
clues
and not enough news
imagination is proof
because it tells it how it
is
without knowing why it was
no answers just
prose
i guess that is cause
enough
to want to pause.

for there your fire let loose

imagination wears thin
when caught up in real

could be heavy to feel
the pain we bear within
waiting to be revealed
