it's been a while since i read e.r. addison; wondering if anyone else out there has enjoyed his adjective jammed prose?

I liked "Fish Dinner" when I read it as a teenager. However, I far preferred "The Worm Ouroboros", which, by coincidence, I took out of the library last week (I've read it before, as a teenager, and again maybe ten years ago). I think it's the very best pre-Tolkien Tolkienesque (i.e. swords and sorcery) fantasy novels.

I've read The Worm Ouroboros twice and enjoyed it quite a bit. It's certainly not like any other fantasy ever written. Haven't read the Zimiamvian trilogy yet.
