I assume you're talking about the Kenneth Branagh movie, Much Ado About Nothing. Yes, it's absolutely brilliant, and they didn't change it from the original play that much, so you should read the play, since you've seen the movie, you'll know what's going on. :-) But yes, that is one of my favorite movies, William Shakespeare and Kenneth Branagh make quite a team!

The script read in the movie is the exact used in Shakespeare's original play, so the wit and humour is extremely good for someone of his time!

I've never read the play, but I thought the movie was wonderful. I advise anyone who's not seen it to do so. I'm not sure if the director of the movie tried to modernize the language at all, but I thought the humor in the movie was surprisingly similar to some of the humor today. <br><br>Anyway, this is a great summary. Very accurate other than the comment about Beatrice's uncle/father. Keep up the good work!
