I write slowly
but I mean fast
that is because
I ask does speeds last
to a capture of tasks?
a word I know starts
to a finish
and catch
ideas to stash
but time
comes and goes
to hourglass lowers
but to me it powers
in forward for hours
if I was a past
I would want it
to blast
to a long lasting rhaps.

It crawls sometimes a moment takes too long.
And it dashes when I’d like it to stop.
When it stops for me the world speeds along.
The measurements are inexact, but I can
Tell hour from sky, and my internal song.
Sometimes it stops, and a page appears
In quarter hour, or a week may pass.
Time continues to be infinite
And unbounded. It acts as it wishes.
