when reading the merchant of Venice, i didnt really enjoy it till id properly understood it. but when i did i really enjoyed it and recognised shakespears talent again. it is one of his lesser know plays which is a shame as there is much to be learnt and enjoyed from it.well im going to get back to struggling to write an essay on it now!! franx
