Dreams, chase me,
Take me, upon your wings.
As I brush my teeth, put on my work clothes,
Stay on my shoulder
Whispering to me that I’m strong
That what I learnt today I can put into practice
That I’m not here
Only to leave shoe marks on clean floors.
Time and again,
Remind me of the greatness within me
Which I so often forget,
Being used to being so small,
