Peace be on you......It has been 106 years on this 27 May that by the grace of Allah, the institution of Khilafat started in Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama'at after the passing away of Holy Ahmadiyya Promised Messiah Mahdi (on whom be peace). He had stated about his expectations about Khilafat in his booklet ‘The Will’ and the members abided by these.
Allah has granted a promise in Holy Quran:
“Allah has promised to those among you who believe and do good works that He will surely make them Successors in the earth, as He made Successors (from among) those who were before them; and that he will surely establish for them their religion which He has chosen for them; and that He will surely give them in exchange security (and peace) after their fear: They will worship Me, (and) they will not associate anything with Me. Then whoso is ungrateful after that, they will be rebellious.” (Surah Al-Nur, chapter 24: verse 56)
Holy Prophet (peace and blessing of Allah be on him) foretold:
1- “Prophethood will remain among you as long as Allah wills. Then Allah, the Exalted will take it away.”
2- “Then Khilafat on the lines of Prophethood shall commence as long as Allah wills. Then Allah, the Exalted will take away this.”
3-“Then tyrannical monarchy would be established, it will be there as long as Allah wills. Then Allah, the Exalted will take it away.”
4- “Then despotic kingship would emerge. It will stay as long as Allah wills. Then Allah, the Exalted will take it way.”
5-“Then (again), Khilafat on the precept of Prophethood shall be established. Then he became silent.”

Ahmadiyya Community is witnessing the 5 th era mentioned above. There are many tribulations which they are facing in the path of peaceful spiritual reforms. Their pray to Allah only is for help. Such a state comes upon divinely established communities, they pray: ‘.....when (will come) the help of Allah?.....’ (2:215). Allah says: ‘……yea, surely the help of Allah is near.’ (2:215)
The mode of prayers should be like a call of person who is fully distressed and calls God repeatedly:
[27:63] ‘Or, Who answers the distressed person when he calls upon Him, and removes the evil, and makes you successors in the earth? Is there a God besides Allah? Little is it that you reflect.’
Ahmadiyya Khalifah has asked his community to say few prayers especially.
i-Surah Al Fatiha, the first chapter of Holy Quran.
ii-Invoke salutation on Holy Prophet (p.b.u.h.) as one does in Salaat.
iii-Revealed prayer to Promised Messiah (a.s.): ‘Holy is Allah and worthy of all praise, Holy is Allah, the Great. O Allah bestow Your blessings on Muhammad and on the people of Muhammad.’
iv-[Holy Quran ch3:v9] ‘Our Lord, let not our hearts get perverse after Thou hast guided us; and bestow on us mercy from Thyself; surely, Thou alone art the Bestower.’
v-[ch 2:v251] ‘……O our Lord, pour forth steadfastness upon us, and make our steps firm, and help us against the disbelieving people.’
vi- When Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) felt danger from certain people, he prayed: ‘O Allah, we place you in their area between neck and breast (i.e. You attack their life line which leave them unable to harm us) and we take refuge in You from their evils.’
vii-‘I beg pardon of Allah, my Lord from all my sins and turn to Him.’
viii-‘O Lord everything is subservient to You. O Lord, protect us, help us and have mercy on us.’
ix- [ch3:v148] ‘…….Our Lord, forgive us our errors and our excesses in our conduct, and make firm our steps and help us against the disbelieving people.’
x- ‘ O Lord, hear my prayer and crush Your enemies and my enemies and fulfil Your promise and help Your servant and show us Your days and draw for us Your sword and spare not a single mischief maker out of the disbelievers.’
Recently the fanatics martyred an US based Ahmadiyya Muslim cardiologist – a servant of humanity -- when he went for a volunteer service for needy in his homeland:

Many newspapers of USA, Canada and the UK around the world have condemned the barbaric and inhuman killing of Dr Mehdi Ali. More than thirty newspapers have carried the news. These include, National Post Canada, The Star Canada, CBC News Canada, Global News, CNN, USA Today, New York Times, Washington Post, Columbus Despatch, Wall Street Journal, The Express Tribune, Washington Times, The Strategic Intelligence, Daily Mail, BBC Urdu, Al Jezeera, Down etc. While all these newspapers have condemned the barbaric killing of Dr Mehdi Ali, they have also introduced the Jama’at and given details of our persecution of the past few decades. By way of introduction these newspaper have mentioned the claim of Messiahship of the Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) and given his name, they have also mentioned that Ahmadiyya Jama’at is a peaceable community and condemns killing of innocent lives in the name of Jihad. Some papers have also praised the charitable work of the Jama’at. Dr Mehdi Ali opened new avenues of Tabligh by giving his life and had the Jama’at introduced.”
