Autumn feels like summer now
Pass the termite ridden post and
You can feel the sun shining
Out of your ears.

In the outback.

Ash flakes float through
The burnt wind
Here in big sky
Where we all die.

I really enjoyed this Delta, but I have to wonder what you mean when you write "you can feel the sun shining out of your ears."

Is that reference of mood, or a light or otherwise "warm" state of mind?
