All embarrassment proves (other than the fact that one knows how to spell a tricky word) is that the superego is running on eleven. I read somewhere that embarrassment is the most common emotion among adolescents. That's why when a person reaches the age of someone like yours fooly, he or she is less likely to feel ashamed. And why you often hear old ladies (women) saying "I don't give a (you-know-what) any more."

Even so, it is NOT true that "anybody could have written this crap." Only JB could have. And it sure ain't "crap":
