The rain falls down, the piano plays
The rain falls down for days and days
The rain falls down without a trace
The rain falls down from place to place
A to C and C to A
The fingers dance along the instruments from day to day
All places are a place to stay.
They are all waiting, along the way.
The music plays through a forgotten house
There is no movement, not a hint of a mouse
The rain falls down, slowly it becomes clear
There’s no more running from the fear
No more than a shedding of a single tear
And still they dance, and still they play
The fingers dance along the instruments from day to day
A to C and C to A
Come and watch mother nature play
A to C and C to A
All things come to rest, all things come to stay.
The instruments play, and continue through the rest of the day
A to C and C to A
The rain falls, and the instruments play

This is where the human race comes to stay.
This is where the human race will come to play.
A to C and C to A
Welcome to the beginning of a happy day.



So not sure if this is good or not, kinda just wrote it with a burst of inspiration. Not really sure what to make of it :/
