I haven't seen American Hustle, but I enjoyed tihs story a lot. The politics and the country club dinner scene were quite realistic, and the flirtatious relationship between the older man and younger women provided a more personal interest. I wasn't sure if the story was eventually going to turn on politics or the personal interaction, and so I was surprised very surprised when the plot unexpectedly twisted another way altogether. I thought it was well done and well-written.
