Dear all. As a non-english person, I am trying to find a proverb/phrase/... for situation described below.

Assume person A has said that Z is good and now person B want to say that Z is not good. Is there any simple, short gnome for that so that I can use it as a title for the paragraph? For example, I want to say that in these ways

Keep it or release it: Is Z good?
Z is not good anymore, goodbye
Do we need Z anymore?
...
