if everyday was a flower
i would have a colour each
to compliment the feast
of air see and earth
nature likes it fair
but since everday is I
against all odds
and why
i have a word a day
to let me in for say
to deliberately play the may
to comply to my way
those who join me say
it is worth everier pen
a thought is best applaud
when aired in and out of roar
that way happy will sore
to be the metaphor
daily is a challenge more
and easy to it awe.

Its colors shift, an illustration
Of variability of a kind.
All are on your side; they don’t know it, yet,
But, like the flower, they shift with each breeze
They too need words for the praise you will get
Words of awe that would even fit funnies.
