is it?

or is it blood is thicker then water?

discuss either.
I tend to think the father and son is a myth because we are first individual then related to both parents.
blood thicker then water is not scientifically accurate.

Actually, there's a lot to it, and the same wit \"like mother like daughter". Many of the relevant characteristics are link to the sex chromosome. There are many genetic characteristics, but facial features, general body shape, sexual organs, and a few other things are derived mostly from the parent of the same sex. But it is not universally true. As far as personality goes, it's more complicated, but children tend to identify in their early years with their parent of the same sex, so they gain some similarities.

I believe that there have been studies in this matter. I'll look for results later.

I have never measured it, but blood does seem more viscous than water.

Relatedly, just speaking with my friends, I've found that people (read: my friends and I) tend to get along better with the parent of the opposite sex. Is that true (or not) for anyone here?
