under the mistletoe
i say to my foe
go find a tree
and blow
as far as you can go
see if the leaf
would bow
and if it does not so
then try
a little low
there may be
something so
irking under glow
to pick it
up you
row
a little bit
of grow
beneath it you may sow
nothing that you know
suffice had you slow
i had you for a mo
longer and it would blow
anything you throw

Are you addressing this to a parasite?

I don't see 'To PeterL' anywhere, so I assume she is not.

Normally I don't think of "mistletoe" with "foe". That was an unusual and nice combination.

Mistletoe is a parasitic plant; it grows on trees, taking its nourishment from them. The line "go find a tree" suggested that the mistletoe was a mistletoe plant, a parasite, in need of a host.
