I would be extremely grateful if anyone can tell me if the following is by Tagore, and if so, where does it come from?

Turned up your question as part of a search for same.

During an interview on BBC Paddy Ashdown, former leader of the Liberal party made this quote & described it as being from The celebration of diversity by Rabindranath Tagore.
Trust this helps.
In a sense, it reminds me of the shattered fragments of a hologram, all different but still reflecting the image of the original.
