[Anomandaris]

This is the final scene in my tragic play -
Pain and sorrow written on my face.
My soul,my sanity - they fade away,
And my heart - so cold.It is such a dark place
Place now full only of sin and disgrace.
I say goodbye to land,to sky - a grave
Is all that remains.I fall in its embrace
Without a fear...I am now brave.
But then I see death - a sweeping wave
Brings me to a place - mournful and bleak.
And then life - I realise - is not something that we must crave
Embracing death doesn't show you are weak.
Because death isn't a thing with which everything ends
But an inevitable meeting between lifelong friends.
