I hold nothing.
Light fills it in for me;
the big, blank eyes
concealing drowsiness,
a lost heart.
Beneath the ocean
silence seems eternal
if you can forget.
Below the sun
I sit wondering,
mist holding my hand,
conveying me
to somebody, nowhere
I need to be
except here, not barring
forgiveness.
Light fills it in for me;
the big, blank eyes
concealing drowsiness,
a lost heart.
Beneath the ocean
silence seems eternal
if you can forget.
Below the sun
I sit wondering,
mist holding my hand,
conveying me
to somebody, nowhere
I need to be
except here, not barring
forgiveness.
