Junior Anti-Sex League?

Hey everyone. My question is if the purpose of the Junior Anti-Sex League is to create a new generation of mindless Party members, a "Perfect Party" if you will. Or if it is some-what of a test to see who will follow Big Brother blindly, even when it involves something so private as what happens, literally, behind closed doors? Your thoughts?

Although your second idea could be true, I think Orwell frequently mentions the Junior Anti-Sex League because it is Big Brother's plan to remove all emotion from the people besides hatred and fear. Chastity is almost inhuman. Big Brother is basically denying the people of everything they naturally feel. Also I think this could be symbolic of the Catholic Church.
