I just began reading Othello but so far it is very interesting. Iago the utlimate villian is a wonderful character he knows how to prick Othello and he marvels at how well his plans work. He also uses Cassio and Roderigo as pawns against Othello. Iago plants seeds in Othello head saying that She is unfair. He gets Cassio in touble and becomes lieutenant. He makes it seem as thought Desdemona and Cassio are having an affair so that Othello well want them to be killed. At the end Barbantio, Desdemona, Roderigo, Emilia and Othello dies. Iago is left for Cassio to sentence and tortune him. I believe there should be a follow up to this story. I would love to know what happened to Cassio and Iago. Shakespeare did a wonderful job showing how people interact with each other. He was preoccupied in human nature and showed the true side of people with a little laughter in between.
