You haven't seen me; I hate myself too. My personality is awful too. Even over the Internet my possessiveness and idiocy make themselves clear soon enough. I have a chart of personality types and how long people of a certain type can tolerate me. I have to reduce those times constantly. I've never had friends, even when they can't see me - for good reason. My therapist could not conceal a disdain for me either

you come across as genuine that is a quality in itself. I am surprised your therapist is getting involved in such a way. that is not professional.

Most of the scant infomation I've given of myself, here and elsewhere, is made up of lies. I'm not genuine, though I do take pleasure in telling people what others say behind their backs.

The trench is the deepest place on Earth, in the Pacific Ocean. It represents how deep the pit of my self-hate is.
