I want to add a new forum to the site for Art & Art History discussions. The question is, do I add it as a subforum for general chat. Or otherwise a separate section.

Thoughts appreciated. I know we have some art people here and I need to segregate that content because of the graphic nature of some of the pictures.

In terms of categorization, it doesn't seem to make much sense to add it as a subforum to 'General Chat.'

Maybe a "visual" subforum of some kind. The photography threads and such can go there also, and a disclaimer if necessary.

It's a great idea, and I think a seperate section in its own right would be more sensible than having it as a sub-forum of 'General Chat'.

I vote for separate section, and I'm really glad to hear the art pictures will continue to be posted. :)
