analog nooks

does anyone have experience with building a good nook for reading? The last thing I read was brother's karamazov, and when I was reading it I was sitting behind my desk, using it as a blockade... but I rearranged it since. Now I've taken some sheets and tied them together, pinned them to the walls, and I have a pretty sweet tent in my room. It's a great nook. I'm hoping it will help me read better.

Does anyone else use a non-digital, analog nook? and get max results?
