We have journals on economics/finance, but I can't find any good philosophy journal... Could anyone suggest a journal that talks about philosophical issues?

Whutsit called... Mind?

There are several prestigious philosophy journals. That means contemporary philosophy though, i.e. sorry Mr. Nietzsche, it's going to be analytic philosophy and philosophy of language for you.

There is a list on wikipedia you might want to take a look at:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_philosophy_journals

I often read articles of KRITERION: http://www.kriterion.at/
(Some articles are in German language, though.)

Umhahahaha I might slip myself out of Nietzsche for awhile and into one of those analytic philsophers if need be.

Probably better to stick with the original works of some philosophers, instead of reading the views random modern "philosophers" have on them and other such topics.

At least that is what i do. My uni degree is in Philosophy, most of my professors in the uni were rather full of themselves and without much substance (in my view).

Btw, Nietzsche was the philosopher i wrote most of my work on for my degree. By now i have a mixed view of him. Probably the greatest late philosopher, although even some of his contemporaries were more notable than him and he admired them for that (for example the french writer Guy de Maupassant, and to a lesser extent Fyodor Dostoevsky).

As an artist, however, Nietzsche was rather bad.
