Hi guys, glad to have found this forum. I'm an enthusiast of foreign languages (and perhaps simply language in general) and have decided to bolster my learning experience by finally diving into the world of literature. Despite having read a lot at a young age, by my high school days and now in college I've neglected reading way too much, and hope I can make up for lost time somehow.

By the way, I figure I should ask a couple of questions here so I don't need to make other threads. Does anyone have advice on how to best find foreign-language books? I'm having difficulty finding a good copy of Pessoa's Book of Disquiet (Livro do Desassossego) in Portuguese.

If anyone also has any suggestions on a hardcover copy of Dracula I'd love to know. I saw a picture somewhere of a black leatherbound hardcover edition from 1897 and was blown away by its beauty. Unfortunately the closest I can find is Easton Press's edition, which is similar but looks a bit overdone IMO.

Anyway thanks for reading!

welcome nebulousdawn. somebody else had your avatar - Darcy! I have no idea how to answer your questions but thought I would welcome you anyway. Why not have a look at some of the literature discussion threads that are already running, put in your two cents worth and start making friends?
