I am thinking of opening a store that would sell, new, used, old rare, and hard to find books. so I was wondering how people out there feel about a store that specializes in collection filling. you could contact me online or travel to my store and I would hunt down the volume you need.

the second part of it would be hunting, my job would be hunting down books. if you are a collector that has been looking for a volume for decades, or someone who lost a special book your dad gave you, you hire me, I do my best to track it down..

I would appreciate feed back from collectors...before I waste time and money on a store that won't work.

thank you.

Given the advancement of the online market, I don't see much hope in this. This is just my opinion. I cannot claim any expertise in the book market.

I didn't look into poking your balloon with a pin, but do you realize that there are supercomputers doing this type of hunting these days? I think it might be far worse than writing poems on a leaf.
