I’m looking into beta-reading and I was wondering where you go to find authors to beta-read for. Does anyone get paid to do this?
Any help would be great, thanks! :-)

If you find anything, please let me know as well. I would love to read for a living!

I had never heard the term beta-reading before, and my mind immediately jumped to "well, you should just go read in Australia!" (bad jokes, yay!). But after a quick search, it seems that you should check out publishing houses: this is where you would mostly likely find beta-readers or the need for such people.

There is the Beta Readers section on Absolute Write Water Cooler (http://www.absolutewrite.com/forums/, scroll down to beta readers), and there a quite a few online critiquing groups that are serious, such as critters.org, which probably has links to other sites and to some place where someone might post such a need.

If you're loooking for a paid position, then you will have to get a job at a publishing house as a reader or an editor.
