what are the essentials of an elitist? semitism antisemetism pacifism and so on are they all in the same league as elitism?

could elitism overlap aristocracy in that it is a cheaper version of it ie aristocray being hereditary therefore by name and elititist being ideologist by trade not title. One is not entitled it but rather enforced it.

more importantly would one admit of being an elitist? ie say :''I am elit/elitist''? and if so in which contest?
an aristocrat does not say they are they just are one knows one when one meets one. An elitist however is not so.

and last but not least what is the role of an elitist?

When I hear the word "elitism" I think of two different though sometimes overlapping categories - rich people and intellectuals. If you say merely "the elite" that to me denotes the monied capitalist class. Then there's also the phrase "the intellectual elite," which is self-explanatory. I don't know if members of the elite actually say "I am elite," but if they are elite they know it and acknowledge it to each other and to themselves. Elitism is when you divide humanity according to some standard, typically economic and/or educational. The elite, the wealthy, possess more power politically, and this is an aspect of elitism. I focus in my definition on wealth and education, but technically the word elite can refer to myriad other things.

The elite is at the apex of the social hierarchy, jet-setting round the globe, bedding Parisian models, vampirically living off the labour and consumption of wretched sweating little serfs like myself.

For God's sake, buy some good deodorant, or the people that follows you might get it through the modem. LOL

Deodorant is a scam. If you shower regularly and eat a healthy diet it is not needed. Or maybe the fact that my body naturally emits a fine ambrosial fragrance can be attributed to my divine parentage. Zeus himself I believe it was.

I too
am elite.
And it's no small feat!
Caviar I shall eat
From my tipped nordic nose
looking down where nothing grows
Recently bailed out by you tired souls.
LOL, imagine that! - a gold begging bowl?
Ya see what happens?- when you got the control!

Non Sum Elite

Lol - when you have a mental illness you can believe anything!

My grandiosity does adhere to certain modest parameters, as I am fully willing to concede that it may have been a lesser deity from whose divine loins I was begotten. If not Zeus himself then Hermes perhaps, a distinct possibility given my formidable swiftness of foot.

Yup I too used to be big-headed but am now perfect. T would be a foolish person who did not recognise an elite when he saw it.
